Four Points by Sheraton, Confluence, or the organisers or eventers will not be responsible for any mishap occurring before, during, or after the function.

By purchasing or offering the ticket at the gate for entry, you accept full responsibility for your own security.

No outside food, liquor, or weapons will be allowed within the premises.

Validity only on 31st December 2025.

The event is subject to force majeure conditions.

All disputes will be subject to Chennai jurisdiction.

If any attendee is found in possession of narcotic substances, only the individual involved will be held legally accountable. The organizers, event team, and management will not be liable or punishable for such actions.

The organizer reserves full rights to modify event timings, artist line-ups, and entry protocols without prior notice for safety or operational reasons.

Entry may be denied to any person appearing intoxicated, aggressive, or violating venue policies. No refunds will be given in such cases.
