Tickets will only be refunded in cases of natural calamities, disasters, or situations declared as unsafe by the authorities.

Tickets will NOT be refunded if the event is postponed for any reason.

In case of postponement, the same ticket will remain valid for the new rescheduled date announced by the organizers.

Refunds will not be provided for personal issues, change of plans, or inability to attend.
